OMNIA CAPITAL was formed by real estate investors Oscar Solares, Danny Torres and Melina Boswell, who personally experienced in their deals, the need to provide affordable capital to investors, by investors. About Our Founders

Oscar Solares is the co-founder of OMNIA CAPITAL. Oscar has created a successful real estate investment business in the last 15+ years. His journey in real estate started in 1997 with the purchase of his first ise, followed by the acquisitions of multiple rental properties. His passion for successful high-income generated deals inspired him to create a space where the best lensing products can be offered.

Danny Torres is the co-founder of OMNIA CAPITAL. Danny began his finance career right after college working as a loan officer for residential and commercial brokers. As an investor himself for over 10+ years, he has used many loan products and understands that the best product can give the best leverage to investors to allow them to multiply their portfolios. His passion to scout passages and learn about the right product to bring back and educate other investors is what makes him the right person to assist with your finding needs.

Melina Boswell is the co-funder of OMNIA CAPITAL. With over 20+ yrs as a mortgage lender, real estate investor, and entrepreneur, Melina has had a unique approach to real estate investing, closing more than 100M transactions. She has personally assembled a dedicated team who assists the community through all real estate related situations. Melina’s vast knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur, investor and mentor have helped hundreds overcome those challenges and be in a better position with their real estate needs, especially when it comes to understanding the numbers and loan products.
